The Root of the Problem

The doorway trim in our house was painted long before we bought it a few years ago, and again before we moved in. Since it was built in the 60’s, it was probably painted several times before we ever laid eyes on it!

Just look at all of those beautiful red berries! What a lovely bush . . . from far away.

Look at this beauty! Our burning bush is a lovely accent of bright red every fall. At over nine feet tall, it’s quite an eye-catcher! Who knows how long it stood there before we bought our house a few years ago.
