Sweet Strawberries

In honor of Saturday’s national holiday (which is National Strawberry Day if you hadn’t already guessed), I’ll share a few memories and my favorite two (yes, two!) strawberry recipes. That way you have time to prepare for your celebration this weekend!

Who Loves Peanut Butter?

If that’s you, then today is your day! It’s National Peanut Butter Day in the United States!! We’ll be celebrating with a tasty treat after dinner, but more on that later.

Water… Vapor, that is!

The changing scenery of the sky always reminds me that life is ever changing. We can’t get too comfortable or too lost in our circumstances, because change is a-comin’!

In spite of the innumerable changes life itself brings, we can be sure that God never changes. He is forever the same.

This is my response to the Developing Your Eye: Water assignment, in which we are to compare photo orientation. Here is a horizontal view of the same clouds, which somehow makes them seem much farther away!

Here’s a view down the main drag of Woods Hole, MA. Trees in this area look so sad, having been trimmed down the middle to protect the power lines!
