2022 Year in Review: Readers’ Picks Edition

What a year for blogging! I had to scroll through 122 posts to rank your favorites from throughout the year. That’s twice as many as my second busiest blog year!

#5: Beware the Cactus!

We begin with a post inspired by our trip to Arizona in November. I share what I’ve learned about a few different types of cactuses, and compare them to prickly people. As followers of Jesus, how should we respond to them?

#4: Run

While these legs don’t run any marathons, this soul is running a race of its own. Are you in it to win it?

#3: Check this Out!

I provided a how-to post with pictures. This was based on the Pinterest Prediction that checkerboard everything would be all the rage this year. I demonstrated how to make a book cover from a paper bag, and then decorate it with a checkerboard pattern.

Update: my bookcover lasted all year after getting used every day!

#2: How?

So many “how” questions, but none keeps me up at night. God’s got it all in his hands.

And the winner of our 2022 Readers’ Top Picks is . . . another Readers’ Top Pick post!
